My son used to have this hairstyle when he was in second grade!!!
I think you may remember seeing it more recently when Perez Hilton publicised HIS new rancid 'do and was mocked the world over.
I hear that Perez auditioned to be part of The New Three Stooges, but was deemed too moronic to be a Stooge.
I'd still go for those Taco flavored kisses...
