Oh dear

I don't know the origin of this video. I mean, supposedly it is one-hit Euro wonder Nicki French trying to hawk a new remix of her song, but I'm not convinced. I think it is entirely possible that this comes from one of those Be a Video Star booths at amusement parks where you lipsync a song in front of a green screen, and some geek with a Commodore 64 puts the world's worse CGI behind you for scenery. Some queens and their fag hag went to the state fair, and after working themselves into a tizzy eating funnel cake, they were all, "Oh no girl, you can be a star! Here, let me just feather your hair for you. Now, sing out Louise!"

It would probably be a good idea for her to dump them as soon as possible.

Damn...I wish I could make craploads of money by renting a video machine, hiring two of my not-so-cute 'mo friends and belting out Bonnie Tyler's exact version of Total Eclipse to a drum machine beat. I bet Ms. Tina Camaro could do a better version with a Mr. Microphone, a couple of gay midgets and one arm tied behind her back. OK, sorry, homosexual little people...

Jon, something about her outfit tells me she definitely isn't making craploads of money. :)

Hi Joy, welcome to Trading Faces!

You are so funny. Something tells me that Holly Beth Thompson has one of these videos in her closet along with her lifetime supply of spray-on tan bottles and her costume from our high school production of HMS Pinafore. She was the first female drag queen I met. Her and Ramona.

There was one of those DIY video places in our mall back in the 80s. I remember it well. They had 2 monitors in the window so passers-by could stop by for a laugh or two. And they did. There was always such a crowd in front of that store that it made it difficult to get into Sears.

Val, your hair is too cute for you to be shopping at Sears, that's all I'm saying.

LOL! Honey, I never said I shopped at Sears. I just used that store as a cut-through. The best parking at that particular mall happens to be near the Sears entrance. I should have clarified.

But you're right about one thing. My hair is definately too cute to be shopping at lots of places, but I'm not above venturing into less-than savory areas for a bargain...like the used bookstore in a run-down strip mall near Q's office.
