Oh Christopher, would that Sister Whitless should take her own advice (i.e. "I'd rather be alone than unhappy"). I weep for all the great music that's been lost to her crazy addiction to Bobby and crack. I still dream of her triumphant comeback one day, sober and Bobby-free. Hell to the yes!
I was never really a huge fan of hers other than the dance mix stuff of the "My Love Is Your Love" CD. I've always thought her material was weak. Still, you can't deny her amazing voice and charisma. I talk a lot of smack about Whitney, but the truth is it really breaks my heart to see what she has done to herself. I hope for a miracle for her, but I just don't see it happening.
